Collectively we exemplify professionalism in the industry of physician recruitment, earning the respect of healthcare providers, administrators and the community by improving population health through expert recruitment.

We provide a venue for members of Northwest Staff Physician Recruiters to collaborate by sharing knowledge, experience, and information promoting the success and professional development of each member. Through educational programs, shared resources, and collective expertise, we share best practices for the achievement of high performing recruitment, on-boarding, and retention.

    Allyson Hollingsworth, FASPR, is the Provider Recruiter for Provider Solutions + Development. This position allows her to be a resource for Montana hospitals and clinics looking to fill employment opportunities, as well as for candidates looking to work in Montana. Allyson originally grew up in Tukwila, Washington and moved to Montana to attend Carroll College. She graduated from Carroll College in May of 2016 with a dual Bachelor’s in Public Health and Health Sciences. Allyson is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University-Global Campus. She became a Fellow of ASPR in July of 2017. She has a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry, including in clinics, nursing homes, and the hospital association. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, the outdoors, attending concerts, and photography.

    Terri was born and raised in Wyoming, but migrated north to Montana many years ago. She graduated from Eastern Montana College in Billings with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business Administration. She did graduate studies in Public Administration at the University of Montana and began her 30-year career in state government as a counselor at Missoula Job Service. A job promotion took her to Helena, where she also worked at the state welfare agency, the Legislature and the Montana Board of Oil & Gas Conservation. Terri began her second career, in healthcare, as a Workforce Coordinator for north and south central Montana under the HealthCARE MT grant. Now she is recruiting physicians, mid-levels, nurses and other allied health professionals for members of the Montana Hospital Association; and is the state manager for the national 3RNet Rural Recruitment & Retention network. In her spare time, Terri likes to putter around her flower gardens and spend time with her kids and grandkids–especially at rodeos and other horse events.

    Julie Keller is currently the Provider Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator at UW Medicine Valley Medical Center. Her previous experience has been working in different Sales and HR capacities in the Greater Seattle area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources. On a personal level, Julie spends time with her family and friends and often travels to Sacramento to visit extended family every year. Julie is passionate about connecting with people hopefully one day leading her own team. She is eager to use her business skills and human resources experience to engage with others and make an impact on their lives and careers.
